At Water and Leaf Skincare we have set out to bring you an environment where the highest levels of skin and body care are provided to nurture the wellbeing of the body and spirit. Our goal is to make a difference in the lives of the people we touch by offering the highest level of service in the most relaxing environment for our clients.

Reservations

To ensure that you obtain your desired appointment, we recommend scheduling your services as far in advance as possible to ensure availability. To accommodate your desired appointment a credit card is required at the time of booking to guarantee your reservation. Gift Certificates may also be used in lieu of a credit card to hold your appointment. We hold this information as part of our cancellation policies and only make necessary charges to your account on the date of your scheduled service. For appointments that have been reschedule three time a non-refundable $50 deposit is required to hold the appointment. Details of our cancellation policy are provided below.

Please notify us of any allergies or sensitivities to aromas or ingredients when you schedule your appointment.

Although we offer a variety of facials and add on services for your convenience, you are welcome to combine any of our services for a custom package that meets your needs.


Cancellation Policies and Fees

Your spa treatments are reserved especially for you. We value your business and ask that you respect the spa’s scheduling policies. Should you need to cancel or reschedule your upcoming appointment, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance.

Any cancellation with less than 48 hours notice, frequent rescheduling of appointments, or failure to show up for your appointment (“No Show”) is subject to a cancellation fee amounting up to the cost of the scheduled service. Clients who miss their appointments without giving any prior notification will be charged in full for the scheduled service. We recognize the time of our clients and staff is valuable and have implemented this policy for this reason. When you miss an appointment with us, we not only lose your business, but also the potential business of other clients who could have scheduled an appointment for the same time. Additionally, many times our staff will be functioning in an “on call” status and can have traveled to the spa specifically for your service. For these reasons we are obligated to compensate out staff for their time as well as make up for the lost revenue.

When you schedule your appointment with us you are agreeing to these policies. All services may require a credit card or gift certificate to guarantee a reservation so please have your credit card and/or gift certificate ready when booking. You will not be billed unless there is a cancellation or no show. Upon checkout, guest may choose their method of payment.

Prices and Services

Prices and services are subject to change without notice. We will do our best to keep our clients up to date on any changes that may occur and encourage clients to inquire about pricing and available services when booking an appointment.

Gift Certificate Policy

Gift certificates are available in any amount and may be purchased at Water and Leaf Skincare, by phone at 443-537-0319, or via our website. Out of town? Too busy? No Problem! We will mail your gift certificate to you. Unfortunately, we are unable to process any returns or reimburse any payment transactions on a gift certificate, even if lost, misplaced, or stolen. Gift certificates cannot be redeemed for cash. Gift certificates must be mentioned when making your appointment.

Gratuity

Gratuity is not included in the price of the service, customary tipping runs 15% - 30% but is, of course, at your discretion. You may tip the esthetician in the room or upon check out with cash, check, or a credit card.

Cell Phones

We ask that you turn your cell phones and pagers to vibrate upon arrival and remember to speak in your soft spa voice once you enter the spa. Please inform your esthetician should you need to make a phone call so that you may do so without disturbing the other spa guests. Cell phone use may affect the length of your service.

Check-In

We ask that you please arrive 10-15 minutes prior to your appointment time. We will do our best to accommodate late arrivals. However, the length of service may be adjusted to not interrupt the schedule appointments of other guests. Full price of scheduled services will apply so please plan accordingly.

Personal Belongings

Please leave all jewelry and valuable items at home. Water and Leaf Skincare is not responsible for lost or misplaced items.

Return Policy

It is our mission to provide you with the highest quality of skin and body care products with your services. In fact, you may like these products so much that you wish to use them every day in your own home. In the event you purchase any of our spa products for home use and find them to be defective we will exchange any products within 14 days of purchase. Unfortunately, we cannot provide cash refunds for returned products. Instead a spa credit will be provided for any returned products to be used on any other products or spa services available at Water and Leaf Skincare.

Medical Conditions

Be sure to mention any medical information or conditions when booking an appointment. Certain treatments may not be advisable for you. Before your treatment begins, please let your esthetician know of any medical concerns or if you are wearing contact lenses before your service.
